EMPD Director

Not only is Dr Tom an international, cross cultural church planter in Ukraine and Scotland, but he began his ministry journey as an MPD funded campus missionary at UNC-Chapel Hill in North Carolina. He provides overall direction and oversight to the EMPD Programme.

Director of Training and Coaching

Ashley has served as a missionary with Every Nation since 2019. She became an MPD Coach in 2020 after the Lord worked in her heart during her initial season of raising partnership. She is passionate about seeing missionaries being fully-funded and staying on the field for as long as God calls them and not coming off because of a lack of finances. Through her time and experience as a campus missionary and MPD coach in America, God grew her heart and vision for ministry in Europe, including the campus and for MPD in Europe. She has been serving in Europe the past two years. Her heart is to see labourers equipped and sent out into God’s harvest here in Europe.

EMPD Administrator

Scott has wealth of experience in administration and has worked with one of our Every Nation churches in Scotland for many years. He has also been a core part of the ENSM team and assists more widely at an executive level with the European Leadership team. He provides administrative support both within the team and also to our missionaries.
